We currently have a professional opportunity for a Purchasing Intern for a duration of 12 months.
What will you do at Scania?
In the Purchasing area, you will collaborate on the migration to a new ERP system.
Additionally, you will participate in various tasks, including:
• Preparing supplier-related migration processes from Spain to Microsoft D365.
• Managing suppliers in the system, including registrations, deactivations, and contract management.
• Conducting data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in purchasing processes and digitizing new procurement workflows.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP system.
• Providing training and ongoing support to system users.
• Contributing to reports and presentations on system performance and purchasing activities.
• Assisting in resolving issues related to the ERP system and suppliers.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual seeking their first experience in the purchasing area of a multinational company like Scania. A recent graduate or a student in their final years of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
