We are looking for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT with solid accounting and regulatory knowledge, coupled with a strong motivation for digitalization and task/process automation, to join the accounting team at Scania Iberica in a collaborative and flexible work environment.
As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
• Participating in and managing daily accounting activities and monthly closings, collaborating with the team to ensure all financial and accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Adapting and improving existing accounting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce processing time, and provide effective, cross-functional support to other departments and the business.
• Implementing and managing automation solutions for accounting tasks in End-to-End processes.
• Analyzing and preparing accurate and timely financial reports for audits and tax compliance requirements.
• Leveraging DATA as a foundation for analyzing and preparing financial statements to provide reliable, accurate, and relevant information for decision-making.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
