Job Description:
Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the leasing or regulated financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. This role requires advanced proficiency in English, a desire for continuous growth and learning, and the ability to work effectively in a team with both personality and authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage different projects within the leasing or financial services sector.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion, including coordination of testing activities in alignment with business priorities.
• Report directly to the Head of Operations TFS, providing regular updates on project status.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Cooperate with all Management Team to map and implement a consistent set of working process and procedures, also by means of aligning operating systems requirements to the business governance model in force from time to time.
