We are looking for Finance Manager for TRATON Financial Services in Iberica (Spain and Portugal) for a leading company in a dynamic and challenge context. The main responsibility of the TFS IB Finance Manager is to manage the Finance and Business Control of the Business Unit (Spain and Portugal) and its Brands. Drive the development of the Business Unit’s financial strategy, business planning, target and objective setting & follow up with the Head of Operations and the Brands Directors. The TFS IB Finance Manager support across departments including brands, to plan, follow up and make corrective measures to achieve financial and operation performance targets and thereby contributing to TFS’s profitability.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage tax and fiscal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and process optimization.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports to the Group, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate policies.
• Manage the relationship with external auditors, coordinating audit processes and ensuring the availability of required information.
• Collaborate in management control and financial analysis within the Business Control area.
• Supervise treasury operations, including funding strategies and liquidity management.
• Participate in the coordination of regulatory matters related to the Bank of Spain.
Requisitos
• Experience 3-5 years in similar role position.
• Degree in Finance, Audit, or similar.
• High level of English. Desireble Portugues
• High level Excel. Desirable Power Bi.
• Availability to travel occasionality
