We are looking for Insurance Manager for TRATON in Iberica (Spain and Portugal) in a leading company in a dynamic and challenge context.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and manage Insurance products for financed and non-financed
• Sales support to brand insurance sales manager (Information, sales argumentation, training, campaign support)
• Insurance relationship and portfolio management Develop and manage common claims backbone
• Assuring the claim management process efficiency with Insurance sales manager
• Compliance Support: Based on brand sales structure, products sold and legal setup
• Develop and monitor group and brand KPI’s (loss ratios, sales penetration, income, portfolio)
• Continuous development: Product changes-adaptations
• Develop guidelines and share best practices to drive collaboration
• Advisory: Follow trends, market movements, scout opportunities and advise stakeholders
• Prospection activity support toward brand insurance sales manager
• Support Front office with Dealer training and sales support on financed and Non-Financed Insurance
• Working with the Brand Insurance Sales manager and commercial operation to design/bundle market offering including all products & services.
• Provide expert advice on complex insurance needs
• Project involvement on HQ and BU level
• Maintain good working relations with Customers, Distributor, Dealers and Workshops
• Manage the Operation Insurance Back-office team
• Claim management process efficiency
• Monthly evaluation of insurance sales results and feedback from the Brands
• Monthly reporting and evaluation of the Insurance portfolio
• Ensure the service level quality of the service provided to dealers and customers.
Requirements:
• Broker certification or similar Insurance mediation certification
• A minimum of 10 years in Insurance sales and administration, preferably Insurance company, Broker or within a captive finance company.
• Good knowledge of transport business and heavy truck industry
• Education in economics or business management is preferred.
• Intermediate English
• Availability to travel
• Experience in finance or rental companies
• High level of spanish and english. Deseable portugues.
