We are looking for Parts Logistic for Scania Iberica in a dynamic and challenge context.
You will be part of a very dynamic, multidisciplinary, and experienced team, providing support both in Spain and Portugal. You will be the contact person and responsible for providing support and advice to the dealers in Portugal, with regular visits to them. You will also have to contact with our colleagues in Sweden and Belgium. For this, we need you to speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
-Ensuring that dealers achieve the required Parts targets.
- Optimise warehouse management, providing ideas for improvement on an ongoing basis.
-Propose and implement new processes, standards, etc. to increase efficiency in the department and in the warehouses.
-Resolving incidents quickly (transport, availability of parts, ...)
-Controlling the correct invoicing of spare parts, prices, ...

Estamos à procura de uma pessoa para se juntar à nossa equipa de Parts Ibérica.
Irá fazer parte de uma equipa muito dinâmica, multidisciplinar e experiente, dando apoio tanto em Espanha como em Portugal. Será a pessoa de contacto e responsável por dar suporte e aconselhamento aos concessionários em Portugal, tendo que realizar visitas regulares aos mesmos. Terá também de contactar com os nossos colegas na Suécia e na Bélgica. Para tal, precisamos que fale inglês, espanhol e português.
Alguns dos seus desafios:
-Assegurar que os concessionários atingem os objectivos de Parts exigidos.
-Otimizar a gestão dos armazéns, apresentando ideias de melhoria contínua.
-Propor e implementar novos processos, standards, etc. para aumentar a eficiência do departamento e dos armazéns.
-Resolução rápida de incidentes (transporte, disponibilidade de peças, ...)
-Controlar a faturação correcta das peças sobressalentes, preços, ...

Requisitos
· Desirable 2 years of experience in a similar position or in a warehouse.
· Native level of Portuguese, advanced english and spanish desirable.
· Advanced level of Excel.
· Knowledge of Power BI, AS 400, D365 is desirable.
· Driving license car B.
